Privacy & Data Protection

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information may be collected when you use our mobile games and applications, how it may be used, and the privacy choices available to you.

Effective date: July 30, 2026 Mobile games & applications

Asier Urresti ("we," "us," or "our") operates and publishes mobile games and applications. By downloading, accessing, or using our services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the service.

1

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Our games generally do not require you to create an account or provide direct identifiers. If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address, message content, and any information you voluntarily provide.

Information collected automatically

When you use the service, we and our advertising or technology partners may automatically collect:

  • Device type, model, manufacturer, language, and operating system version.
  • IP address and general location inferred from it, such as country or region.
  • Device, app-instance, and advertising identifiers, including IDFA or Android Advertising ID where permitted.
  • Game interactions, sessions, ad impressions, ad clicks, and rewarded-ad activity.
  • Crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, and error reports.
  • Network, security, attribution, measurement, and fraud-prevention information.
  • Consent status, privacy choices, and tracking-authorization status.

The exact information collected depends on your device, region, settings, consent choices, game version, and active third-party services.

2

Advertising and Mediation Services

Our games may display banner, interstitial, rewarded, app-open, or other advertisements. We may use Unity LevelPlay as an advertising mediation platform, allowing participating ad networks to compete to display advertisements.

Third-party providers may act as independent data controllers. Their information practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. Active partners may change when SDKs or mediation settings are updated.

3

Personalized and Non-Personalized Advertising

Where permitted by law and your device settings, advertising partners may use advertising identifiers and activity information to show more relevant ads, measure performance, limit repeated ads, and prevent fraud.

If consent is not provided or tracking permission is denied, you may still receive contextual or non-personalized ads selected using information such as the game, approximate location, device type, or displayed content.

4

Apple App Tracking Transparency

On supported Apple devices, our games may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request before accessing the advertising identifier or permitting tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

You may choose “Allow” or “Ask App Not to Track.” Denying permission does not prevent gameplay, but advertisements may be less personalized. You can change this choice in your device's Privacy & Security settings.

5

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Mobile apps may use SDKs, local storage, device identifiers, pixels, tags, APIs, and similar technologies to operate the service, remember preferences, deliver and measure ads, analyze performance, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

When this policy is viewed on a website, the hosting provider or embedded third-party content may also use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

6

Sharing of Information

Information may be shared with advertising networks, mediation providers, analytics and technology providers, hosting and security providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or relevant parties involved in a business reorganization or asset transfer.

We do not knowingly sell directly identifying information such as your name or email address. Some laws may classify certain advertising disclosures as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

9

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service operation, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, and legal or reporting requirements. Third-party providers may apply their own retention periods.

10

International Data Transfers

Information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards may be used, including contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

12

Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us. We will review the request and take reasonable deletion steps where required.

14

Third-Party Links and Services

The service or its advertisements may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.
